1.Cancellation by Patient
You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to [specify cutoff, e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled time without penalty.
If you cancel after the cutoff or fail to appear (“no-show”), we reserve the right to retain the consultation fee.
Cancellation by Clinic
If we cancel or need to reschedule for any reason (e.g., dentist unavailable, clinic closure), we will offer you an alternate slot or a full refund of the consultation fee, at your choice.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [specify period, e.g., 7–10 business days] from approval.
The consultation fee is refundable only in the case of our cancellation or significant rescheduling; it is not refundable if you simply change your mind after booking, except where required by law.
Any payment for subsequent treatments (outside the ₹ 99 consultation) will be governed by separate treatment-specific terms.
Treatment Plan or Further Procedures
If, after the consultation, you opt for treatment and make a payment, cancellation and refund for those procedures will depend on the terms for that specific treatment plan.
